These terms cover this website — the pages at brightkidzhub.com. Each thing BrightKidz publishes has its own terms, which govern that thing; see below.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is published by SANAD Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in the State of Wyoming, at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We" and "us" below mean that company.

2. What this site is

Four pages describing what we make and how to reach us. There is nothing to buy here, nothing to download, no account to open and nothing asked of you.

3. What you may do with these pages

Read them, print them, quote them and link to them. If you quote, please say where it came from.

The text and drawings on this site are ours, and the name BrightKidz and the marks we use for our products are ours. Please do not present our material as your own or use our name in a way that suggests we published or endorsed something we did not.

4. Each product has its own terms, and some are paid

The products listed on this site are separate from it, and each one is governed by its own terms rather than by these. You can read them before you install or buy anything: they are linked from the product's own pages and from its store listing.

Some products are paid and others are not, and neither is promised here. What a given product costs is stated on that product's own pages and in its store listing, before you are asked for anything. Nothing on this site should be read as a commitment about the price of anything we publish, now or later.

Where a product is bought through an app store, the purchase itself is a transaction with that store under that store's terms — including its rules about refunds, family sharing and cancellation. We do not take the payment and cannot reverse it; the store can. If something we sold you is wrong, write to us anyway, because we would rather fix it than have you argue with a store about it.

5. Accuracy, and telling us

We try to keep this site accurate and we do not always succeed. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that it is without errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of these four pages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Claims about a specific product belong to that product's terms, not to these.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and the previous version stays available on request. A change here does not alter the terms of a product you have already bought; those change under their own terms, if at all.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
